营销改革对于降低社会流通成本,提高流通效率,拓展流通功能,提高流通素质和服务水平,实现流通现代化具有十分重要的作用。为进一步做好营销改革工作,国家内贸局对2000年的营销改革作了具体部署。从总体上说,就是要抓住重点,整体推进,带动营销改革的各项工作全面发展,将电子商务、物流配送、特许经营作为全局目前推动营销改革的三项重点。在4月18日内贸局首次召开的以新闻界代表为主的2000年营销改革通报会上,营销改革司司长张延华对营销改革特别是对三项重点工作的安排,作了以下介绍。
