在机械产品中,大多包含有螺纹连接件。如何高质量、高效率地加工出易磨损部位的螺纹,是机械制造工业的课题之一。我厂在连杆加工中,采用冷挤压内螺纹,效果比较满意,现将实践经验简单作以介绍。一、冷挤压内螺纹的特点冷挤压内螺纹是利用挤压丝锥加工内螺纹的一种方法。被加工零件内孔,由于受挤压金属产生塑性变形,从而形成了内螺纹。与切削螺纹相比,加工过程中没有切屑产生,加工效率高,螺纹强度好,丝锥寿命长,应用日广。冷挤压内螺纹,工艺上有其特点,分述如下: 1.内螺纹尺寸与螺纹底孔有关。螺纹底孔应根据工艺实验结果决定。
