一、职业素质培养问题提出的现实背景2006年11月教育部下发《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》,明确提出要高度重视学生的职业道德教育和法制教育,重视培养学生的诚信品质、敬业精神和责任意识、遵纪守法意识,培养出一批高素质的技能性人才。“高素质”人才培养目标的提出,具有十分丰富的内涵,对提高高职教育教学质量,具有很强的现实针对性、广阔的国际视野和现实意义。
