采用硅灰石(Wo)和具有β-成核作用硅灰石(β-Wo)制备了具有不同成核作用硅灰石填充回收聚丙烯(r-PP)复合材料,借助差示扫描量热仪、广角X射线衍射仪和偏光显微镜研究了具有不同成核作用硅灰石对r-PP结晶行为、熔融特性和结晶形态的影响。结果表明:Wo和β-Wo对r-PP结晶都具有异相成核作用,可以提高r-PP的结晶温度。Wo填充r-PP复合材料主要形成α晶,β-Wo可诱导r-PP形成大量高亮度的β晶,并且β-Wo具有的异相成核作用明显强于Wo。
Wollastonite-filled polypropylene (r-PP) composites with different nucleation effects were prepared by using wollastonite and β-WO, and their properties were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry The effects of wollastonite with different nucleation on the crystallization behavior, melting characteristics and crystalline morphology of r-PP were investigated by means of X-ray diffractometer and polarizing microscope. The results showed that both Wo and β-Wo nucleated heterogeneous nucleation on r-PP, which could increase the crystallization temperature of r-PP. Wo-filled r-PP composites mainly form α-crystal, β-Wo can induce r-PP to form a large number of high-brightness β-crystal, and β-Wo has a significantly stronger heterogeneous nucleation than Wo.
