基于对技工学校德育课教学现状的分析,列举出了目前技工学校在该类课程教学过程中所存在的问题,客观上与我国现行的教育体制相关,主观上与教师和学生的思想与方法相关。针对这些现实问题,提出了提高技工学校德育课教学效果的方法,主要是以人为本,注重学生主体意识的培养;以教师为主力,用好教材;以生活为蓝本,做到理论与实际相结合。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of the teaching of moral education in technical schools, the problems existing in the teaching of such schools at present are listed. It is objectively related to the current education system in our country and subjectively related to the ideas and methods of teachers and students . In view of these practical problems, the methods to improve the teaching effect of moral education in technical schools are put forward. The main methods are to regard people as the foundation, focus on the cultivation of students’ subjective consciousness, use teachers as the main force, make good use of teaching materials, and take life as the base to combine theory with practice.
