目的:本研究目的在于使用具特征性的代谢产物波谱成像鉴别不同级别的恶性脑胶质瘤。方法:32例组织学确诊的脑胶质瘤患者(其中低级别性10例,高级别性22例)行常规MRI检查后进行波谱分析,且均使用3 T MR机。兴趣区包括非坏死区域、坏死区域、肿瘤组织、病灶边缘、灶周水肿区域及正常组织。检测胆碱(Cho)、N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、肌酸(Cr)和脂质峰(LL),将兴趣区内的Cho、NAA、Cr和LL值与相应的对侧正常大脑半球对比。结果:检查区域内不同级别胶质瘤的代谢产物的分布均被正确描述。代谢产物的信号强度与其在脑组织中的含量直接相关。本研究显示,不同级别的肿瘤组织及无论有无肿瘤浸润的灶周水肿区域的NAA、Cr和LL值的分
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to identify different levels of malignant gliomas using the characteristic metabolite spectroscopy. Methods: Thirty-two patients with histologically diagnosed gliomas (including 10 patients with low grade and 22 patients with high grade) underwent routine MRI examinations and analyzed by 3T MR imaging. Areas of interest include non-necrotic areas, necrotic areas, tumor tissue, lesion margins, perifocal edema areas and normal tissues. Cho, NAA, Cr and lipid peak (LL) were measured. The Cho, NAA, Cr and LL values in the region of interest were compared with the corresponding contralateral normal Hemisphere contrast. Results: The distribution of metabolites of different grades of glioma in the examination area were correctly described. The signal intensity of a metabolite is directly related to its content in brain tissue.
