以连续升温X-射线衍射法为手段,研究水合氧化铝和Ni(NO_3)_2·6H_2O生成镍铝尖晶石的固相反应。实验结果表明开始生成NiO·Al_2O_3物相的温度是350—450℃。水合氧化铝结构不同,则生成温度有差异。高温灼烧实验证实了连续升温X-射线衍射实验结果。
The solid phase reaction of hydrated alumina and Ni (NO_3) _2 · 6H_2O for the formation of nickel-aluminum spinel was studied by means of continuous temperature rise X-ray diffraction. The experimental results show that the temperature of starting the formation of NiO · Al 2 O 3 phase is 350-450 ℃. Hydrated alumina structure is different, then the formation of temperature differences. High temperature burning test confirmed the continuous warming X-ray diffraction experiment results.
