目的:分析心电图ST-T改变及血脂水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法:抽取2018年5月至2020年6月濮阳市中医医院收治的疑似冠心病患者300例,以冠脉造影结果为金标准分为冠心病组(230例)和非冠心病组(70例),比较两组血脂水平及心电图上ST-T改变情况,分析ST-T改变、血脂水平与冠状动脉病变支数相关性。结果:冠心病组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于非冠心病组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于非冠心病组(n P<0.01);冠心病组ST-T各项改变情况与非冠心病组比较差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01);冠心病组中,发生ST-T改变者TC、TG、LDL-C高于未发生ST-T改变者,而HDL-C低于未发生ST-T改变者(n P<0.01);随冠状动脉病变支数增多,ST-T改变阳性率、TC、LDL-C增加,而HDL-C降低(n P<0.05);冠心病患者ST-T改变阳性率与TC、LDL-C水平呈正相关,而与HDL-C水平呈负相关(n P<0.05)。n 结论:心电图ST-T改变、血脂水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变及其严重程度有密切关系,对其进行监测有重要意义。“,”Objective:To analyze the correlations of electrocardiogram ST-T changes, blood lipid levels and the severity of coronary artery lesions.Methods:A total of 300 patients with suspected coronary heart disease (CHD) in Puyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to June 2020 were divided into CHD group (n n=230) and non-CHD group (n n=70) according to coronary angiography (CAG) results. Blood lipid levels and ECG ST-T changes were compared between the two groups. The correlations among ST-T changes, blood lipid levels and number of coronary artery lesions were analyzed.n Results:The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in CHD group were higher, and level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was lower compared with those in non-CHD group (n P<0.01). There were significant differences in ST-T changes between the two groups (n P<0.01). In CHD group, TC, TG and LDL-C in patients with ST-T changes were higher, and HDL-C was lower than thoae in patients without ST-T changes (n P<0.01). With the increase of coronary artery lesions, the positive rate of ST-T changes, TC and LDL-C increased, while HDL-C decreased (n P<0.05). The positive rate of ST-T changes was positively correlated with TC and LDL-C level, but negatively correlated with HDL-C level (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The electrocardiogram ST-T changes and blood lipid levels are closely related to the occurrence and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with CHD. Therefore, it is important to monitor these indexes.
