本文结合对比试验研究,介绍了国内外对混凝土劈裂抗拉与轴心抗拉的试验研究情况,提出并采用了用夹板式夹具进行混凝土轴心抗拉试验的方法。文中分析了劈裂试验时试件内部的应力分布情况,探讨出劈裂抗拉强度应小于轴心抗拉强度的理论关系。最后,结合对比试验的结果,分析了理论分析与试验结果存在差异的原因;并指出混凝土的劈裂抗拉试验应采用园钢垫条并加纤维垫片,采用方钢垫条时,其横断面的边长不宜大子5mm。
In this paper, combined with the comparative test study, the domestic and foreign experimental research on the splitting tensile strength and axial tensile strength of the concrete are introduced. The method of the axial tensile test of the concrete using the plywood clamp is proposed and adopted. This paper analyzes the stress distribution inside the specimen during the splitting test and discusses the theoretical relationship between split tensile strength and axial tensile strength. Finally, combined with the results of comparative tests, the reasons for the differences between the theoretical analysis and the experimental results are analyzed. It is pointed out that the spalling tensile test of concrete should adopt garden steel strips and fiber gaskets. When the square steel strips are used, the cross-sections should be traversed. The length of the side should not be 5mm.
