现在,越来越多的人会有心力交瘁的感觉,“穷人”活的累,“富人”更累。但实际上,繁忙的工作并不会导致心态疲劳,特别是不会引起那些经过休息或睡眠后仍无法解除的精神疲劳。心理学家认为,精神疲劳的形成与人的心理状态有关,焦虑、紧张、苦恼等不良情绪才是导致精神疲劳的真正原因。而治疗精神疲劳的最佳方法,就是放松疗法。
