自从Nagao和Takahashi在1963年建立水稻12个连锁群以来,曾用不同的细胞学技术测定连锁群与单个染色体之间的关系。本文作者选用Taichung65多次回交或X射线处理得到四个标记基因gh1(金黄色谷壳和节间),d_1(披叶矮杆)在第六连锁群中;nl_1(颈叶)属第九连锁群;gl_1(无茸毛)属12连锁群。西村命名的第二染色体上六个交换断裂点为RT_(2-3)。RT_(2-6a),RT_(2-7a),RT_(2-3b),RT_(2-10a),RT_(2-3b)。另一个断裂点是IWATA等人提供的。上述具有标记基因和七个交换断裂点的材料种植在琉球大学实验田中。观察F_2代育性,
Since Nagao and Takahashi established 12 linkage groups of rice in 1963, different cytological techniques were used to determine linkage groups to individual chromosomes. The authors chose Taichung65 multiple backcrossing or X-ray treatment to obtain four marker genes gh1 (golden chaff and internode), d_1 (Phyllostachys pubescens) in the sixth linkage group; nl_1 Gl_1 (hairless) is a 12-linkage group.
