本文尝试基于战略性人力资源管理视角,对地勘事业单位的人事管理改革进行分析和讨论。文章首先分析了现阶段地勘事业单位人事管理现状和特点,并提出了人事管理中存在的主要问题。在分析和讨论了地勘事业单位人事管理特点和问题的基础上,结合战略性人力资源管理的基本思路和战略性人力资源管理的管理职能和方式方法,提出了地勘事业单位人事管理的改革要求和基本构想,建立改革体系。
This paper attempts to analyze and discuss the personnel management reform of the geological exploration units based on the strategic human resource management perspective. The article first analyzes the status quo and characteristics of personnel management in geological prospecting institutions at the present stage and puts forward the main problems in personnel management. On the basis of analyzing and discussing the characteristics and problems of human resource management in geological prospecting institutes, combining with the basic ideas of strategic human resource management and the management functions and methods of strategic human resource management, this paper puts forward the reform of personnel management of geological prospecting institutions Requirements and basic ideas, establish a reform system.
