本文认为研究列宁提出的新经济政策，对我们自觉坚持建设有中国特色的社会主义道路十分有益。新经济政策使当时苏联经济建设得益匪浅，但后来却中止了。新经济政策被中止的原因：１．新经济政策自身的不完备性。２．对“退却”和“停止退却”的特定理解，产生了指导思想偏离。３．“战时共产主义”的巨大影响力。４．斯大林对新经济政策的不同理解。
This article considers that studying the new economic policy proposed by Lenin is very beneficial to our consciously persisting in building a socialist road with Chinese characteristics. The new economic policy benefited the economic construction of the Soviet Union at that time but was later suspended. Why the new economic policy was suspended: 1. The incompleteness of the new economic policy itself. 2. The specific understanding of “retreat” and “cessation of retreat” created a departure from the guiding ideology. 3. The Great Influence of “Wartime Communism.” 4. Stalin’s Different Understanding of New Economic Policy.
