一次iv4-碘苯甲基乙酸二甲氮基乙酯30,60mg/kg,均能明显提高乌头碱所致大鼠室早、室颤和致死的阈剂量,也能提高哇巴因致豚鼠室早、室颤和致死的阀剂量,能显著减少CaCl_2引起的大鼠室颤发生率和死亡率。对BaCl_2所致心律失常及心博停止的阀剂量也有一定的提高作用。小白鼠尾静脉注射的LD_(50)为122.12mg/kg。
A dose of 30,60 mg/kg of dimethyl 4-(dimethylaminoethyl) iodine-4-iodobenzylacetate could significantly increase the threshold dose of ventricular premature beats, ventricular fibrillation and lethality induced by aconitine in rats, and it could also increase ouabain-induced guinea pigs. Ventricular premature, ventricular fibrillation and lethal valve doses can significantly reduce CaCl 2 -induced rat ventricular fibrillation incidence and mortality. The dose of BaCl 2 -induced arrhythmia and cardiac arrest was also increased. The LD_(50) of tail vein injection in mice was 122.12 mg/kg.
