在大数据时代,企业获取信息和处理数据的能力得到显著提升,企业决策更加理性,这在一定程度上突破了传统决策理论“有限理性”的基本假设。在大数据背景下,主要研究了组织目标、组织冗余、以往绩效对创新能力和企业绩效的作用机理,并揭示组织危机对上述变量间关系的调节作用。通过运用252家具有大数据特征的企业数据进行实证检验,结论表明:在大数据环境下,组织目标、组织冗余、以往绩效正向影响创新能力;创新能力正向影响企业绩效;组织危机负向调节组织目标、以往绩效与创新能力的关系,正向调节组织冗余与创新能力的关系。
In the era of big data, the ability of enterprises to obtain information and process data has been significantly improved, and corporate decision-making more rational, which to some extent broke through the traditional hypothesis of “bounded rationality”. Under the background of big data, this paper mainly studies the mechanism of organizational goals, organizational redundancy, past performance on innovation capability and corporate performance, and reveals the regulatory role of organizational crisis on the relationship between these variables. Through the empirical test of 252 enterprise data with big data characteristics, the conclusion shows that in the big data environment, the goal of organization and the redundancy of organization, the past performance positively affects the innovation ability; the innovation ability positively affects the enterprise performance; the crisis of organization is negative To adjust the organizational goals, past performance and innovation ability, the positive adjustment of the relationship between organizational redundancy and innovation ability.
