一般彙報工作常犯的毛病,是包羅萬象,同時又空空洞洞,既缺乏分析,又沒有重點,因之往往變成形式主義的公事,降低了彙報的作用。河北省教育廳爲了克服過去小學教育工作彙報的缺點,最近發佈的『小學教育工作彙報制度的規定』值得各地借鏡。特節錄如下: (一)定期彙報:縣鎮政府每雙月十日以前向專署報告一次,專署匯總整理於當月廿五日以前報省;各市報告亦於雙月廿五日前報省,每學期(或學段)總結適逢例報時應行合併,各專(市)每次報告時得將縣鎮(區)之典型報告或重要材料做爲附件。 (二) 彙報內容:除說明基本情況(各種數位
