不同掺杂浓度和输出透射率对Tm:YAP激光器性能的影响

实验研究了离子掺杂浓度以及输出镜透射率对Tm:YAP激光器输出性能的影响。晶体沿c轴切割,尺寸为3mm×3mm×5mm,在输出镜透射率为5%的条件下研究了掺杂离子数分数分别为3%、4%和5%三种情况的激光性能。结果表明,掺杂离子数分数为4%的Tm:YAP晶体输出性能最好,当抽运功率为24.8 W时,连续输出功率最大为7.5W,斜率效率为48.8%。使用掺杂离子数分数为4%的Tm:YAP,研究了2%,5%和10%三种输出透射率情况下激光器的输出性能。结果表明,当透射率为5%时斜率效率最高。 The effect of ion doping concentration and output mirror transmittance on the output performance of Tm: YAP laser was experimentally studied. The crystal was cut along the c axis and the size was 3 mm × 3 mm × 5 mm. The laser performance of the 3%, 4% and 5% doping ions were studied under the condition of the output mirror transmittance of 5%. The results show that the output of Tm: YAP crystal with 4% doping ion fraction is the best. When the pumping power is 24.8 W, the maximum continuous output power is 7.5W and the slope efficiency is 48.8%. Using Tm: YAP with 4% dopant fraction, the output performance of lasers at 3%, 2%, 5% and 10% output transmittance was investigated. The results show that the slope efficiency is the highest when the transmittance is 5%.
