目的 研究采用中西医结合治疗手段应用在继发宫缩乏力并出现宫缩乏力性产后出血患者治疗当中的效果.方法 将2019年3月至2020年4月来我院进行分娩的90例继发宫缩乏力并出现宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇按照随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组平均45例,分别对两组患者采用中西医结合治疗方案和常规的西医方案进行治疗,对不同治疗以后的止血有效率、满意度、SAS评分、SDS评分和产后出血量等指标进行比较.结果 观察组的止血有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,P<0.05;观察组的满意度为93.33%,
