2002年12月17日至18日,省劳动保障厅在福州召开了“全省街道社区劳动保障暨劳动力市场三化建设工作会议”。会议主要任务是贯彻劳动保障部召开的全国街道社区劳动保障工作座谈会精神,认真传达落实张左己部长的重要报告,总结交流我省街道社区劳动保障工作和劳动力市场建设经验,部署进一步推进全省街道社区劳动保障工作和劳动力市场三化建设。17日会议进行了经验交流,王克益厅长、钟维平副厅长、李华副厅长出席了会议。福州市、厦门市、南平市、龙岩市新罗区的劳动保障部门、三明市梅列区领导、三明市梅列区圳尾社区主任十六大代表谢丽芳同志、省总工会女职工再就业服务中心作了交流发言,还有13个单位的书面经验材料,
