上海市产品质量监督位验所于1992年4季度承担了国家技术监督局下达的起动用铅酸蓄电池的监督抽查任务。共抽查了23个省市32家企业的32种起动用(Q型)蓄电池。这次抽查企业占全国蓄电池骨干企业80%以上,是历次蓄电池监督抽查面最广、抽查量最多的一次。这次抽查对象均届国内蓄电池行业中的主要企业,其中78%为国有企业,受检产品中历年来评为国优、部优、省市优的占受检产品的56%,被抽查的两家乡镇企业是蓄电池生产量较大的企业。在受检企业中约有80%不同程度地引进了国外先进设备与技术,反映了我国蓄电池的生产技术和质量水平。
In the fourth quarter of 1992, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Product Quality Supervision undertook the task of supervision and spot checks for starting lead-acid batteries issued by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision. A total of 32 starter (Q type) batteries from 32 companies in 23 provinces and cities were selected. The spot check companies accounted for more than 80% of the nation’s battery backbone enterprises, and were the most extensive battery inspections and sampling times. The spot checks of the major enterprises in the domestic domestic battery industry, of which 78% are state-owned enterprises, inspected products in the past years as the national excellent, excellent, provincial and municipal excellent accounted for 56% of the tested products, were spot checked The two township and village enterprises are large enterprises with large battery production. About 80% of the companies inspected introduced foreign advanced equipment and technologies to varying degrees, reflecting the production technology and quality level of our country’s storage batteries.
