The “Navy C 3 I Seminar” organized by the Electronic Technology Academic Committee of China Shipbuilding Engineering Society and the China Shipbuilding Research Institute, and organized by the Data Processing and Computer Science Section of the Electronic Technology Academic Committee of the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society, on November 17, 1992. It was held in Yangzhou on the 20th.
