顾永泉,著名书画家,1955年2月出生于祖籍四川,又名顾泉,号鸣沙山人,弼时,燕山蜀人,玉泉斋主。字古泉、墨龙。高级书画师,九三学社成员。先后毕业于甘肃金城联大中文干修科,中国书画函授大学国画专业及中国书协高研创作班。主攻行草、篆隶汉筒、榜书诸体兼擅及山水花鸟等,其传略入选《东方之子》《中国世纪专家》《世界名人录》,多部作品入选《跨世纪著名书画艺术家经典》《世界著名书画家真迹博览》《中国二十世纪名人刻字大观》、文化部《中国艺术大家》《海内外中国书画艺术当代名家二十杰出艺术家》等,连续多次获邀参加“百名将军、部长、名家书画展”。
