职业导师制度,是饭店业人才开发和培养的有效机制。它可以为饭店具有发展潜力和可塑性的优秀员工规划职业发展路径、提升综合职业素养,并帮助其实现职业的快速提升,有效地为饭店培养和挖掘的优秀人才。本文首先对饭店职业导师制的内涵进行分析,同时分析了饭店职业导师制在实施过程中存在的问题。最后,在职业导师制视角下提出饭店业人才培养的途径与对策。
Vocational mentor system, is an effective mechanism for the development and training of hotel personnel. It can plan the path of career development for the excellent staff with potential and flexibility of the hotel, enhance the comprehensive professional accomplishment and help them realize the rapid promotion of their occupation and effectively cultivate and excavate the outstanding talents for the hotel. This article first analyzes the connotation of the hotel vocational tutor system, and analyzes the existing problems in the course of implementing the hotel tutor system. Finally, the paper proposes the ways and countermeasures of personnel training in hotel industry from the perspective of vocational mentoring system.
