为加强和改进财会档案工作,充分发挥财会档案工作在社会主义现代化建设中的作用,国家档案局与财政部于1983年7月9日在北京联合召开中央机关财会档案工作经验交流会。有关单位在会上介绍了他们关于做好财会档案工作的经验。会议指出,当前存在的主要问题是:一、不能坚持已有的财会档案管理制度,财会档案管理工作比较混乱;二、管理不善、保管不科学,不安全;三、财会档案的鉴定制度不健全,四、利用不方便。会上对今后工作提出了四点建议,一、提高认识,加强领导;二,根
In order to strengthen and improve the accounting and archival work and give full play to the role of accounting and archival work in the socialist modernization drive, the State Archives Bureau and the Ministry of Finance jointly convened the exchange of experience in archival work in the accounting and financial affairs of the central government on July 9, 1983 in Beijing.
