在0.101MPa、温度25℃、CO2含量1.0%条件下,实验测定了含水量0~300%范围内SAF吸附CO2速率,含水量为60%~120%时吸附最快。对低、高含水量工况下水的作用分别进行了讨论,高分子涂层溶胀程度和纤维团堆密度分别是两种状态下影响吸附速率的主要因素。依据扩散控制模型,推导出了适宜含水量下吸附速率公式,当含水量为100%时,其实验值为13.2 g/(kg.min),约为理论估算值95.0g/(kg.min)的1/7。
Under the conditions of 0.101MPa, 25 ℃ and CO2 content of 1.0%, the CO2 adsorption rate of SAF in the range of 0 ~ 300% water content was determined experimentally, and the adsorption was the fastest when the water content was 60% ~ 120%. The effects of water under low and high water content conditions were discussed respectively. The swelling degree of polymer coating and the bulk density of fiber clusters were the main factors affecting the adsorption rate under the two conditions respectively. According to diffusion control model, the formula of adsorption rate under suitable water content was deduced. The experimental value was 13.2 g / (kg.min) when the water content was 100%, which was about 95.0 g / (kg.min) 1/7.
