各位代表: 我受省人民政府委托,向大会报告2000年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2001年计划草案的安排意见,请予审议,并请省政协委员和其他列席会议的同志提出意见。一、2000年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况过去的一年,全省认真贯彻落实党的十五大和十五届五中全会精神,积极推进改革开放,加快结构调整,扩大市场需求,提高经济效益,国民经济出现重要转机,呈现出良好的发展态势。从总体上说,省九届人大三次会议批准的国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况是好的。国民经济保持较快增长。全年实现国内生产总值8542.4亿元,增长10.5%。农业增加值完成1268.6亿元,增长3.8%。粮食总产3837.7万吨,受调减种植面积和严重干旱影响,减产10.1%;经济作物种植面积扩大,畜牧水产业稳定增长。第二产业完成增加值4226.6亿元,增长12.3%;其中
