“民以食为天”。由此可见营养与人生的关系是多么的重要。那么,吃什么最有营养?怎么吃最健康呢?这些问题成为国人越来越关心的重点。民众如此关注饮食健康,但以高血压、高血脂、糖尿病为代表的生活方式疾病的发病率依然居高不下。中国营养学会副理事长马冠生教授指出,导致生活方式疾病最重要的原因就是:吃得不平衡,动得不平衡,吃和动之间不平衡。
“Food for the world ”. This shows how the relationship between nutrition and life is so important. So, what to eat the most nutritious? How to eat the most healthy? These issues become more and more people care about the focus. People are so concerned about the health of their diet, but the incidence of lifestyle diseases, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes, remains high. Professor Ma Guansheng, vice president of China Nutrition Society, pointed out that the most important reasons leading to lifestyle diseases are: unbalanced eating, unbalanced movement and imbalance between eating and moving.
