从植物生理学和生物化学出发,根据鲜切花的膨压理论、生理代谢, 乙烯作用机制和病菌污染等多种主要作用机理,分析了鲜切花产生衰老、凋萎的内 部因素和外部影响。介绍了目前国内外在植物保鲜方面的方法和措施,进一步对鲜 切花的保鲜包装技术及其所涉及的包装方法、包装材料及相关技术进行了探讨。
Based on plant physiology and biochemistry, according to the turgor theory of cut flowers, physiological metabolism, mechanism of ethylene action and pathogen contamination, the internal factors and external influences on the senescence and wilting of cut flowers were analyzed. The current methods and measures in plant preservation at home and abroad are introduced, and the fresh-keeping and packaging technology of fresh cut flowers and the packaging methods, packaging materials and related technologies are also discussed.
