采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液为流动相,在210nm波长条件下,同时测定了不同施肥配方的玄参药材中梓醇、桃叶珊瑚苷、哈巴苷、栀子苷、安格洛苷C、哈巴俄苷、肉桂酸7种有效成分的含量,玄参中上述7种有效成分均具有较高含量,可作为玄参质量评价指标。田间实验表明,9种配方肥的每公顷产量均高于复合肥处理,显著高于空白处理(P<0.05),9种配方肥均可以在生产中推广使用。本研究采用药效成分产量的方法对不同施肥处理对玄参药材质量的影响进行统一评估,配方肥4为最优配方。
High performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase was used to determine the contents of catalpol, aucubin, hababin, geniposide, Oxaliplatin C, harpagoside, cinnamic acid content of the seven active ingredients, Scrophulariaceae in the above-mentioned seven kinds of active ingredients have a higher content, can be used as the quality evaluation index of Scrophulariaceae. Field experiments showed that the yield per hectare of 9 kinds of formula fertilizers was higher than that of compound fertilizers and significantly higher than that of blank treatment (P <0.05). All 9 kinds of formula fertilizers could be used in production. In this study, the effect of different fertilization treatments on the quality of Radix Scrophulariaceae was assessed using the method of yield of medicinal ingredients. Formula 4 was the optimal formula.
