补连塔矿井下平衡式自动风门处在高负压巷道内,2扇风门反向启闭,受风门内外压差作用,接缝不严密漏风大,安装时需要掘进风门硐室,使用过程中依靠电能做为动力容易导致事故;通过分析确定了风门同向启闭模式、气动、PLC控制系统等关键参数;选用JISI型动力驱动气缸等关键原件,研制了煤矿井下同向气动自动风门。风门安装时无需掘进硐室,结构简单;风门以井下现有压风系统控制实现自动启闭,安全节能。现场实践应用表明:风门系统的2扇风门同向启闭,风压越大风门关闭越严密,故障少维护比较方便,安全性能高,大大提升了井下通风系统的可靠性。
