所谓档案就是相关单位在工作的管理过程中,所形成的相关“文字、图表、照片、电子、数据”等载体的并有一定保存价值的原始记录。随着档案管理制度改革的不断深化,档案的重要性日益显现,如何适应新的形势要求,开展档案管理工作,把医档案这一重要信息资源管理好、利用好,已经成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。本文通过文献法、工作经验总结法等对医疗保险档案管理工作中的若干问题进行了剖析,研究认为提高新时期档案管理工作的有效性可以从案管理工作内容明确着手,可以从档案前期的文书处理着手,可以从档案管理信息化发展着手。旨在同行间相互交流与借鉴。
