党际互相监督是我国政党政治重要的理念设计和制度安排,其中民主党派对中国共产党的监督是我国政党监督的核心部分。新时期,要从我国政党制度的结构形态和内在特征来明晰民主党派民主监督的定位与原则,根据时代和社会发展需要,改革和完善中国共产党的领导方式和执政方式,为民主党派民主监督提供更加宽广的政治空间;强化民主党派的参政党意识,提高民主党派民主监督的主体水平;完善民主党派民主监督的运行机制,实现民主监督的制度化、规范化和程序化,丰富完善民主监督的形式。
