以狼尾草、大油芒和花叶芒为试材,采用盆栽法研究了低浓度(0.05mmol·L~(-1))和高浓度(0.20mmol·L~(-1))镉处理对3种观赏草生长、生理及金属离子吸收的影响,以期为城市特别是镉污染区观赏草的选择和利用提供参考依据。结果表明:2种浓度镉处理3种观赏草的生长高度和生物量均有不同程度的变化,花叶芒高浓度(0.20mmol·L~(-1))处理与对照存在显著差异(P<0.05),大油芒生长高度对镉比较敏感,2种浓度与对照处理间都存在显著差异(P<0.05),而狼尾草的生长高度和生物量在镉处理下变化不大,与对照没有显著差异。2种浓度均可显著提高3种观赏草的游离脯氨酸含量和狼尾草抗坏血酸含量,但只有高浓度的镉处理能显著提高大油芒和花叶芒的抗坏血酸含量,低浓度则没有显著影响。高浓度镉处理3种观赏草可溶性蛋白质含量均显著降低(P<0.05),低浓度无显著影响。除了大油芒的丙二醛含量随着镉浓度增加而显著增加外(P<0.05),其它2种的丙二醛含量与对照没有显著差异。综合各项指标可知,3种草对镉的耐性表现为狼尾草>花叶芒>大油芒。此外,3种观赏草对镉均具有较强的累积能力,在2种浓度下,3种观赏草叶片中镉含量均显著增加(P<0.05);2种浓度的镉胁迫下,3种观赏草对锌的吸收均低于对照,但高浓度的镉胁迫能够提高3种观赏草对铜的吸收。

Both of the two concentrations significantly increased the content of free proline and the content of asparagus ascorbic acid in three kinds of ornamental grasses, but only the treatment with high concentration of cadmium significantly increased the content of ascorbic acid in the leaves of Magnolia officinalis and M. officinale, but not in the low concentration influences. The content of soluble protein in three kinds of ornamental grasses decreased significantly (P <0.05) with high concentration of Cd and no significant effect with low concentration. Except that the content of MDA increased significantly with the increase of cadmium concentration (P <0.05), the content of MDA in the other two species did not differ significantly from the control. According to the indexes, we can see that the tolerance of three kinds of grass to cadmium is Pennisetum edulis> Mauve> Magnolia bark. In addition, the three kinds of ornamental grasses had a strong ability of accumulating cadmium. Under the two kinds of ornamental grasses, the content of cadmium in the three kinds of ornamental grasses increased significantly (P <0.05). Under the two kinds of cadmium stress, three kinds of ornamental The absorption of zinc by grass was lower than that of the control, but the cadmium stress of high concentration could improve the absorption of copper by three kinds of ornamental grass.
