针对本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔周边裂隙多、注浆效果差、抽采浓度低等问题,对注浆封孔机理及注浆液性能进行了分析,并通过13125本煤层钻孔注浆材料配比优化试验,得出高水材料注浆时间为水泥浆液单孔注浆时间的65%;高水注浆材料单孔成本最高仅为水泥注浆单孔成本的79%;高水材料注浆效果优于水泥注浆效果,最佳注浆配比为水料比9∶1。
