设计了一种基于硅基等离子体的波导缝隙频率可重构天线。首先对横向PIN二极管进行了介绍,并以横向PIN二极管为基础提出了一种双横向PIN二极管结构,叙述了双横向PIN二极管的工作原理。其次,结合双横向PIN二极管和波导缝隙天线,提出了一种新型的波导缝隙频率可重构天线,并对天线进行建模与仿真,仿真结果表明:该天线实现了103.5、104和104.5GHz的频率可重构。
A waveguide-slot-frequency reconfigurable antenna based on silicon-based plasma was designed. First of all, we introduced the horizontal PIN diodes and proposed a double horizontal PIN diode based on the horizontal PIN diodes. The principle of the double horizontal PIN diodes was described. Secondly, a new type of waveguide slot-frequency reconfigurable antenna is proposed based on dual transverse PIN diode and waveguide slot antenna. The antenna is modeled and simulated. The simulation results show that the antenna achieves 103.5, 104 and 104.5GHz Frequency reconfigurable.
