在排除电喷发动机的故障时,我们遇到了两例非常典型的故障。一是一辆桑塔纳2000电喷发动机轿车,行驶中出现怠速不稳、颤抖、加速不良、排气管冒黑烟等现象。经更换氧传感器、节气门传感器、冷却液温度传感器、怠速电磁阀、高压线、火花塞等,故障仍没有排除。后来,我们分析是电脑出现故障。于是拆下电瓶线、拆下“ECU”换上一个新的“ECU”,故障排除发动机工作也恢复正常。但一般认为“ECU”不容易损坏,于是又将新的“ECU”拆下换上原来上的“ECU”,发动机工作正常,排除了故
In troubleshooting EFI engines, we encountered two very typical failures. First, a Santana 2000 EFI engine car, driving idle instability, trembling, poor acceleration, black smoke and other exhaust pipe. After the replacement of oxygen sensors, throttle sensors, coolant temperature sensors, idle solenoid valves, high voltage lines, spark plugs, the failure is still not ruled out. Later, we analyzed that the computer failed. So remove the battery cable, remove the “ECU” put on a new “ECU”, troubleshoot engine work also returned to normal. However, it is generally believed that “ECU” is not easily damaged, so the new “ECU” is removed and replaced with the original “ECU”. The engine is operating normally and the trouble is eliminated
