到目前为止,我国半导体工业从工艺水平、集成度和整机系统的要求来看,不仅需要,而且也已可能研制、生产出逻辑电路的LSI电路芯片。而采用门阵列技术可以大为缩短研制周期、简化设计和生产,降低成本和提高成品率。灵活地适应各种逻辑设计要求,便于各种新系统的开发。 集中力量开发出一种电路形式,一定集成度的门阵列,就可积累经验,顺利而进一步地开发其他电路形式及更高集成度的门阵列,扩展其优越性。
