本研究采用线性电位扫描、循环伏安等电化学方法研究了合成的黄镍铁矿阳极在酸性硫酸盐水溶液中的高温电化学行为,考查了温度、溶液pH值及镍离子浓度等因素对阳极溶解过程的影响。研究结果表明,温度对黄镍铁矿阳极溶解过程影响显著。温度较低时,阳极溶解基本上可分为两个阶段;而温度较高时,阳极溶解主要是按一步反应进行的。溶液pH值的变化对阳极过程影响不大。增大镍离子浓度对阳极溶解反应有一定的抑制作用。
In this study, the high-temperature electrochemical behavior of synthetic nickel yellow nickel iron ore in acidic sulfate aqueous solution was studied by linear potential sweep and cyclic voltammetry. The effects of temperature, solution pH and nickel ion concentration on the anode Effect of dissolution process. The results show that temperature has a significant effect on the anodic dissolution process of the wolframite ore. At lower temperatures, the anodic dissolution can be basically divided into two stages; and at higher temperatures, the anodic dissolution is mainly carried out in one step. The change of solution pH has little effect on the anode process. Increasing the concentration of nickel ion has a certain inhibitory effect on the anodic dissolution reaction.
