企业文化一词是美国人提出来的,它的最早实践者却是日本人。日本企业文化是由宗教和企业的发展决定的,日本企业文化带有浓厚的宗教色彩,这就是日本企业文化最大的特点。本文从宗教信仰这个角度对日本企业文化进行新的诠释,以便把握日本企业文化的实质。
The term “corporate culture” was proposed by the Americans. Its earliest practitioners were Japanese. Japanese corporate culture is determined by the development of religion and business. Japanese corporate culture has a strong religious color. This is the biggest characteristic of Japanese corporate culture. This article makes a new interpretation of Japanese corporate culture from the perspective of religious belief in order to grasp the essence of Japanese corporate culture.
