为了适应我国西北地区油田开展欠平衡钻井技术工程的特点 ,研制成计算机伺服控制节控箱。节控箱采用机电液一体的控制方式 ,用压力传感器、位移传感器采集立压、套压、阀开度信号 ,由计算机根据控制压力与实际压力的差异调节液压伺服系统的动作 ,控制液动节流阀的开关 ,将立管、套管压力控制在限定范围内。油田试验表明 ,新研制的计算机伺服控制节控箱克服了现用节控箱的不足 ,压力控制误差小于± 0 5MPa ,完全满足欠平衡钻井对立压和套压精确控制的要求
In order to adapt to the characteristics of underbalanced drilling technology in oilfields in Northwest China, a computerized servo control section control box was developed. The control box adopts electro-mechanical and hydraulic integrated control mode. The pressure sensor and displacement sensor are used to collect pressure, set pressure and valve opening signal. The hydraulic servo system is controlled by the computer according to the difference between the control pressure and the actual pressure. Flow valve switch, the riser, casing pressure control within a limited range. Oil field tests show that the newly developed computer servo control section control box overcomes the shortcomings of the current section control box and the pressure control error is less than ± 0 5MPa, which fully meets the requirements of underbalanced drilling for accurate control of standing pressure and jacket pressure
