聚乙二醇具有两亲性、良好的生物相容性等优点,其在生物医药、医疗器械领域具有广泛应用。骨水泥是一种新型骨修复材料,主要针对骨创伤、骨缺损、骨质疏松等骨科疾病进行骨修复治疗。本文综述了近20年来聚乙二醇在钙基骨水泥领域中的应用进展。聚乙二醇不仅在改善钙基骨水泥的流变性能、凝固性能、力学强度、生物学性能、预混合操作性等方面展示了多方位的积极效果,还在骨蜡、3D成型、自修复骨水泥材料几个方面表现出新的应用潜力。
Polyethylene glycol has the advantages of amphipathic, good biocompatibility and the like, and has wide applications in the fields of biomedicine and medical devices. Bone cement is a new type of bone repair materials, mainly for bone repair, bone defects, osteoporosis and other orthopedic diseases. This review summarizes the progress of polyethylene glycol in the field of calcium-based bone cement in recent 20 years. Polyethylene glycol not only shows positive effects in various aspects such as rheological properties, coagulation properties, mechanical strength, biological properties and premix operability of calcium-based bone cement, but also in the aspects of bone wax, 3D forming, self-healing Several aspects of bone cement materials show new potential applications.
