为实现金属构件曲率的自动测量.设计了一种曲率检测装置.将曲率变化转化为位移变化.通过理论分析给出了曲率半径和位移之间的函数关系.利用位移传感器检测位移并将其作为反馈信号.可实现弯曲加工过程中的闭环反馈控制.
To achieve automatic measurement of curvature of metal components. A curvature detection device is designed. Turn the change in curvature into a change in displacement. Through theoretical analysis, the relationship between the radius of curvature and the displacement is given. Displacement sensors detect the displacement and use it as a feedback signal. Closed-loop feedback control during bending can be achieved.
