BACKGROUND:Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)involves the inferior vena cava(IVC)in a minority of patients.Less commonly,it presents with Budd-Chiari syndrome.If untreated, the condition progresses towards liver failure and death.METHOD:We report a case of Budd-Ch
