近年来,高职院校在院(部)二级管理模式下有效开展教学管理工作,已初步建立院(部)二级教学管理体制。本研究从高职院校两级管理体系下院(部)二级教学管理发展现状出发,分析其存在的问题,并从理念革新、明确职责、优化方式、加强团队建设等角度,提出一些合理化举措,以期对包括我校在内的高职院校两级管理体系下院(部)二级教学管理体制建设提供一些可资借鉴的因素。
In recent years, higher vocational colleges have effectively carried out teaching management under the secondary (college) management mode, and have initially set up a secondary teaching management system at the institute (department). Based on the status quo of the development of the second-level teaching management in the lower institute (department) of the two-level management system in higher vocational colleges, this study analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some rationalization measures from the perspectives of concept innovation, clear responsibilities, optimization methods and strengthening team building With a view to providing some reference factors for the construction of the secondary teaching management system of the lower institute (department) of the two-level management system of higher vocational colleges including our school.
