故障现象 该机心内去颤电极板在使用一段时间后,会出现不能去颤现象。表现为,当主机充好电后,按下电极板手柄开关时,去颤电极无电压输出,主机屏幕上显示,去颤电压强度值慢慢下降到零。故障检修 检测电极板,插头1、2脚分别接两个去颤电极,其3、5脚接去颤开关,用万用表测3、5脚开关有较大的接触电阻,且阻值很不稳定,可以断定是开关损坏,叮能是电极板反复经过高温消毒引起开关触头氧化。心内去颤电极板是全封闭不可拆卸的,无法直接修理,我们在主机对应的插座3、5脚上加焊一个微动开关替代手柄上之开关,并将开关固定在机壳内侧上。使用时。由手术者指挥台下工作人员按此开关进行去颤放电,这样可继续使用原来的电极板,且更换新电极也不会受影响。
