2005年底,国家发展改革委和国家工商行政管理总局联合发布了《广告服务明码标价规定》(以下简称《规定》),要求从2006年1月1日起,所有广告经营单位向广告主提供服务时,必须公开明示广告服务价格以及收费等相关内容。对此,媒体报道相对低调,业内却议论纷纷。究竟《规定》为了什么而出台?时至今日,其执行情况怎样?如何看待《规定》给各个利益方带来的影响?就这些问题,本刊记者走访了国家工商行政管理总局广告监管司综合处吕志诚副处长。
