Recently organized by the Chinese Society of Plant Protection Institute of Plant Allelopathy, hosted by Yunnan Institute of Botany, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Key Laboratory of Plant Chemistry and Sustainable Utilization of Plant Resources in the West and Institute of Medicinal Plant Development, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences The Seventh Symposium on the Chinese Plant Allelopathy was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, and 148 delegates from 29 provinces (including Taiwan) attended the conference. Professor Zheng Yongquan, Secretary General of Plant Allelopathy Association of Chinese Society for Plant Protection, delivered an opening speech. Chairman Kong Chiu-hua, chairman of the committee, reviewed and summarized the development history of the Professional Committee in the past 10 years.
