讨论了粉末锻造钢12Cr2Ni4A和18Cr2Ni4WA的组织与性能。氧含量低于0.2%,碳含量为0.08~0.12%的粉末锻造钢12Cr2Ni4A和碳含量为0.11~0.16%的粉末锻造钢18Cr2Ni4WA有较好的力学性能。长时间扩散退火可有效地提高粉末锻造钢的韧性。
The microstructure and properties of powder forged steels 12Cr2Ni4A and 18Cr2Ni4WA were discussed. Forged steel 12Cr2Ni4A with oxygen content less than 0.2%, carbon content 0.08 ~ 0.12%, and 18Cr2Ni4WA powder forged steel with carbon content of 0.11 ~ 0.16% have good mechanical properties. Prolonged diffusion annealing can effectively improve the toughness of powder forged steel.
