公司化工厂的四段氧化塔是由德国引进的设备。人孔φ400mm,其法兰和人孔盖均采用复合材料制造。复层为1.4571(相当于1Cr18Ni9Ti),基面为 H_(?)(相当于20g)。工作介质为酸性氧化物,工作压力98×10~4Pa。由于人孔装配密封不好,造成人孔盖及法兰碳钢面大面积腐蚀(大约长150mm,深8~9mm),不但降低了受压元件的强度,而且滴漏出的介质还在腐蚀其它设备。我们承接了该人孔的补焊任务,要求补焊面平整,不能变形。人孔盖变形还可以重新修复加工,若法兰变形只能报废,经分析研
