目的探讨端粒酶活性在结肠癌中的表达情况。方法采用ＰＣＲＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测３２例不同分化程度结肠癌及其癌旁组织中端粒酶活性。结果结肠癌组织中端粒酶活性阳性而癌旁组织无活性；不同分化程度结肠癌组织间无明显差异。结论端粒酶异常激活与结肠癌的发生相关，而与结肠癌分化程度无明显相关
Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in colon cancer. Methods PCR-ELISA was used to detect telomerase activity in 32 differently differentiated colon cancers and their adjacent tissues. Results The activity of telomerase was positive in colon cancer tissues but inactive in adjacent tissues. There was no significant difference in colon cancer tissues with different degrees of differentiation. Conclusions The abnormal activation of telomerase is associated with the occurrence of colon cancer, but not with the degree of differentiation of colon cancer.
